Happy Monday fam!
I know it's been a minute but your girl is working hard to get back to my rhythm. Since graduating in May with my Master of Divinity degree, I've now started the Doctoral Program at United Theological Fellowship in Dayton, Ohio. I know that sounds crazy, right? But, at my age, I couldn't afford to stop and take a break. Lol! I'm really enjoying the experience and encourage you to consider pursuing what it is you've placed on the back burner.
I've also started working with clients and have some speaking engagements coming up. One of my client events is in the Greensboro area, so if you live in that area, and you are a preacher or have a call on your life and want to learn more about preaching you should register to attend. I'll be there and would love to see you! Click the box below to learn more and to register:
One of my plans is to share an inspirational email each week. I hope you enjoy this. I've called them Welcome Notes to remind you that you are always welcome here. This week's feature is on hospitality. I pray it blesses you! Let me know by emailing me at rware@thewareagency.com. Note, this is my REAL email so please don't add me to an email list or spam me content without my consent. I appreciate ya!

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." – Colossians 3:23 (NIV)
Serving in love and creating amazing experiences is what matters to me. This is why hospitality is my vibe! I know it's not the most popular ministry focus in church but it is one of the most important ministry focuses in church.
As a leader, I want to encourage you to always remember that your service impacts the lives of countless people, and I know how challenging it can be to manage all of the responsibilities that come with it. However, how you serve matters. Our goal should always be 'excellence'. But remember, excellence is not just a goal – it’s a reflection of our service to God.
One of the ways we show hospitality is in how we communicate. Check out my latest video that dives into the one strategy you must follow to operate your church with greater effectiveness, efficiency, and in excellence when it comes to communication. We all know that communication can make or break a relationship. This is a must-watch for pastors and administrators alike! You can check it out here: Watch on YouTube.
The Story of Excellence: I once worked with a church where the administrative team was overwhelmed, and stretched thin by the many tasks they had to juggle. They were passionate, but systems were lacking, and as a result, things were often chaotic. We implemented just one core strategy, focused on clear communication and streamlined processes. The transformation was incredible – not only were tasks completed with more efficiency, but the team was empowered and able to serve in excellence, creating a ripple effect across the entire ministry.
Excellence is contagious. When we serve with intention and order, we create space for others to do the same. As the saying goes, "Excellence is never an accident. It is the result of high intention, sincere effort, and skillful execution."
Be sure to watch the video, and if you’re ready to take your ministry to the next level, I invite you to explore my books and training resources at www.TheWareAgency.com.
Let’s continue to serve with excellence, together!
Robin!
